Presidents Scholarship

The Presidents Scholarship honors former RTDNA Presidents, including Theodore Koop, Bruce Dennis, James McCulla, John Salisbury, Bruce Palmer, Dick Cheverton, Jim Byron, Ben Chatfield, and John Hogan. Two scholarships are awarded annually to support undergraduate journalism students pursuing careers in radio, television, or digital journalism.

  • Amount: $2,500 each

  • Additional benefit: Invitation to the RTDNA Conference

  • Administered by: RTDNA Foundation

Eligibility

  • Undergraduate students who will be sophomores, juniors, or seniors

  • Must plan to continue studies in the upcoming Fall semester
